REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

If you decide to cancel a service after it has been initiated but before completion, we will calculate the value of the work completed up to the cancellation date. This will be based on the estimated percentage of progress (e.g., milestones reached or hours worked relative to the total project effort). Your refund will be calculated as follows: Total Amount You Have Paid - (Total Service Value * % Work Completed).

CANCELLATION BY AGENCY

We reserve the right to cancel a service if you breach our Terms of Service, fail to provide the necessary cooperation or content in a timely manner, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing the service. If we cancel a service for reasons that are not attributable to your breach or lack of cooperation, we will apply the pro-rata refund calculation based on the work completed.

HOSTING FEES

Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the month paid, even if the service is cancelled mid-month.
